A better way
A standard real estate transaction typically goes something like this:

On average, a percentage of the sale price goes towards commission and is split 50-50 between the buyer’s and seller’s agents.

Then, that commission is split again with the agents’ respective brokers.
That’s been the standard, but what if there was a better way?
That’s exactly what Integrated Real Estate founder Todd Emmons thought when he was a real estate agent working for other brokers. He was doing all the hard work with little support, only to have his brokers take half of his commissions. Not only did this structure affect his bottom line, it trickled down to his clients and was a hurdle in earning new clients.
