Policies
It is the policy of Integrated Real Estate to provide the best service to all of our customers and clients. In doing so we will NOT require clients to verify the following:

Drivers License or Identification.

Pre Approval

Exclusive Broker agreements are not required.
Clients wishing to sell their property may enter an exclusive agency contract at the discretion of the licensed real estate salesperson and the client.
The above standard operation procedures pertain to customers and clients wishing to purchase a home. In the event the client wishes to see multiple homes and wishes to submit offers to purchase the client maybe required to obtain a pre-approval from a licensed lender as well as enter a broker agreement.
No clients shall be required to provide a drivers license, pre-approval, or be required to sign an exclusive broker agreement in order to view a property with an Integrated Real Estate Salesperson.
Prospective clients wishing to view homes for purchase or for lease will be provided a NYS agency disclosure as well as a NYS Fair Housing disclosure for signature at first substantive contact with an Integrated Real Estate Salesperson.
